Life at the Moment

Alright! So this little guy here turned 4 just last week! He's so excited to be a "big boy" now. He had the coolest birthday party this last weekend as well.

It was all TMNT themed. Kris is PRO at birthday parties!! They had ninja turtle balloons, waterslides, water balloons, pizza, TMNT cupcakes, goodie bags, and of course, the PIÑATA I made! All his friends had the time of their lives, and I'll admit it. I had tons of fun too :) I'm so thankful for the opportunity to be an aunt and to have Oliver, Kayli, Maylee, and Isabel in my life. They truly are such a great blessing in my life. I'm glad I get to be their aunt for time and all eternity.

Also this week, I went to the temple with most of my mission companions. A member from one of our areas just recently came home from her mission and she came to Utah to visit for a couple of days. So of course we jumped at the opportunity to hang out with her. And what better thing to do than to go to the temple! (Pictured Left to Right: Alexis, Ary, Me, Camry, Carol, Sheyla, and Marissa). It's pretty cool because I was companions with Ary and Carol, and then I went on exchanges with Camry and Marissa. So I was companions with almost all of them there! As I was sitting in the Celestial room I couldn't help but feel an overwelming amount of love from my Father in Heaven. I feel so blessed to have such amazing friends that will be with me forever. I'm thankful for my mission where I was able to meet so many incredible people who have changed me and have been by my side through many moments and that I know will continue to be by my side. How blessed are we to have such a loving Father in Heaven who is always looking out for us and giving us exactly what we need, and who we need, at just the right time.
